The prestigious 12th Sailor’s Today Sea Shore Awards 2013 spearheaded by Capt Sunil Nangia was indeed a glamorous affair.
An evening where the Entertainment industry & the Merchant Navy came together to celebrate the outstanding achievements of Maritime Organizations, the only Sailor’s awards in our country!
From the high profile guests attending the 12th Sailor’s Today Sea Shore Awards including the Ship Owners, CEO’s, and MD’s, Senior Ship Managers, Superintendants, Floating staff (Deck / Engine & Saloon) including Masters and Chief Engineers apart from Shore Staff and Govt. officials from India, Singapore, Sri Lanka and U.K, the evening was star studded with guests like Hrishita Bhatt and bhagyashree were the awardees,and hrishtaa looked lovely in a black gown,Apurva & Shilpa Agnihotri, Amy Billimoria, raja chaudhary,prashant sharma,Munisha Khutwani,mouli and mazhar,Karen grover and nisha,umesh pherwani,kavita rathod,gary richardson,Madhushree, Sameer Ali Khan, manish ranjan,roman sen,shanti anand,& many more to came specially to felicitate the sea farers & dedicate the evening to their outstanding contributions.
Bhagyashree & Sandeep Chandra presented the Lifetime Achievement Award to Harry Banga, Noble Group, Hongkong by the National Maritime Board.
Enthralling performance choreographed by Rahul Saxena for deepshikha nag pal was the finale and a tribute to parveen Babi
To heat up the evening, an exclusive ramp built on the pool of the venue followed by fashion show, designs showcased by Saazish & Aafreen Sidhu with Asia’s Super Models.
Having given an outstanding contribution to Merchant Navy himself, Capt Sunil Nangia expresses his love for the profession and encourages the young blood of India, i.e. today’s Generation to make Merchant Navy #1 Career Choice.
