Live From the Console on July 27th features The Mavyns, a debut performanc​e by The Bicycle Days & Your Chin - solo by Raxit Tewari

On its 2^nd birthday, LFTC is all set to treat music connoisseurs with a plethora of the best indie music.

The evening kick starts with Searching for Sugarman - a documentary film directed by Malik Bendjelloul, which details the efforts of two Cape Town fans, to find out whether the rumored death of American musician Sixto Rodriguez was true, and, if not, to discover what had become of him.  

Look out for a range of exhilarating performances followed by the documentary. It begins with Your Chin (electronica and indie-pop) solo project of Raxit Tewari, followed by a special debut performance by The Bicycle Days (psychedelic alternative rock). The night ends with an electrifying performance by the Mavyns (Rock / Folk Rock), who return to Live from the Console the 2^nd time. So, don’t miss out on Live from the Console on Saturday, 27th July, 2013, 6.00PM onwards at the Recording Theatre, Mehboob Studio (Bandra West).
