Rachel and Mike's relationship is growing strong with every passing day. He brings Rachel into his grandmother's apartment and tells her some incredibly romantic things. Elsewhere, Scottie meets Harvey and says she had nothing to do with Hessington firing them. However, he doesn't believe her and refuses to take back what he's done.

The real deal breaker is when Ava Hessington hires Travis Tanner to handles her malpractice suit against the firm. Grabbing hold of this opportunity, Travis intentionally rekindles his rivalry with Harvey and he deposes him and Donna Mike finds himself in a quandary with Rachel. And when Jessica finds out about them she wants something from Rachel and tells Mike to ask her.
