अभिनेता सुनील शेट्टी गायकों के साथ क्रिकेट के मैदान में

     
 सूफी गायक कैलाश खेर द्वारा आयोजित दूसरे फ्रेंडली क्रिकेट मैच में सी स़ी एल के कप्तान सुनील शेट्टी भी आये और उपस्थित सभी गायकों संगीतकारों से मिले. सुनील कैलाश खेर से तो मिले ही इसके अलावा मैच में खेल रहे सभी खिलाडियों के खेल को देख कर प्रभावित भी हुए और उन्होंने कहा कि," हम कोशिश करेगें कि अगले साल सी सी एल" में इस टीम को शामिल करे. अभी तक सी सी एल की टीम में केवल अभिनेता ही थे. गायकों - संगीतकारों के साथ - साथ टेक्नीशियन जो की हमारी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री का बहुत ही अहम हिस्सा हैं उन्हें भी हम सी सी एल में शामिल करेगें." 
कैलाश खेर ने कहा कि," गायकों और संगीतकारों की क्रिकेट टीम बनाने के पीछे मेरा मकसद भी यही है कि इसके बहाने से हम सारे एक साथ तो महीने में एक बार मिलेगें. क्रिकेट खेलेगें, मस्ती और मज़ा करेगें और इस तरह से अपनी व्यस्त दिनचर्या से हटकर कुछ जिन्दगी का लुत्फ़ उठायेगें जोश के साथ क्रिकेट खेलेगें जैसे बचपन में खेलते थे."

२६ जुलाई को एक बुरा आदमी


निर्देशक इशराक शाह की फिल्म "एक बुरा आदमी" २६ जुलाई को पूरे देश में रिलीज़ हो रही है. फिलिंड मोशन पिक्चर्स प्रा लि के बैनर में निर्मित बनी फिल्म की कहानी राजीनीति पर आधारित है. सच्ची घटना पर आधारित इस फिल्म में "ये साली जिन्दगी" फेम अरुणोदय सिंह, किट्टू गिडवानी , यशपाल शर्मा, रघुवीर यादव जैसे कलाकारों ने अभिनय किया है. इसके अलावा एक नयी अभिनेत्री अंगीरा भी इस फिल्म से अपना अभिनय कैरियर आरम्भ कर रही हैं .

Daft Punk’s Random Access Memories becomes the most streamed album on iTunes!

 
16th May 2013, Mumbai: Random Access Memories, the highly anticipated album of 2013, within few hours of its release became a streaming sensation on iTunes. The entire album went LIVE at wee hours on iTunes on Tuesday morning and ardent fans couldn’t conceal their excitement and began streaming since.  
The deafening buzz around the album “Random Access Memories,” the duo’s first album in eight years is a testimonial enough of the bands iconic status for the noise it’s making on social media with tweets and updates floating online.  
"Get Lucky" broke Spotify's streaming records, and it shot to the top of the iTunes charts few minutes post release.  Looking at the magnificent response the album has created on iTunes, Daft Punk’s RAM is sure to be a the album of 2013 and a pop culture landmark.  
Daft Punk have been working on Random Access Memories since 2008, and the album will be out on May 21st. 

ROVIO’S ANGRY BIRDS FEATURE FILM NESTS AT SONY PICTURES ENTERTAINMENT

 
CULVER CITY, Calif., May 15, 2013 – Sony Pictures Entertainment has won the exclusive worldwide distribution rights to the eagerly anticipated Angry Birds animated film, making it one of the most high-profile deals of the year. The 3D film is being developed, produced, and financed by Rovio Entertainment and will be released worldwide by Sony Pictures on July 1, 2016. Several major studios pursued the global film rights in recent weeks, with Sony Pictures Entertainment emerging as the winner.  
Michael Lynton, Chairman & CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment, Amy Pascal, Co-chairman of Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Mikael Hed, CEO of Rovio Entertainment jointly announced their partnership today. John Cohen and David Maisel – producer of Despicable Me and executive producer of Iron Man, respectively – are both on board for the new Angry Birds feature film. Cohen will serve as producer and Maisel is executive producer. 
Commenting on the announcement, Mikael Hed said, “Sony impressed us with their great attitude, determination, and professionalism. They convinced us that we have found the right partners and team to help us market and distribute our first motion picture. Michael, Amy, Jeff Blake, Sony's marketing and distribution head, and their teams will be the best possible collaborators as we get set to take our franchise to the next level.” 
Lynton and Pascal said, “Every studio in town would love to add Angry Birds to their slate. There are few titles out there that bring this kind of excitement, brand awareness and built-in audience to the table.
