No one has done this before – shown gratitude to the names that started a franchise. Balaji and milan luthria have decided to extend a special thanks to ajay devgn and emraan hashmi in the opening credits of the forthcoming OUATIMD. After all, ajay and emraan, who featured in the acclaimed original (released in 2010) emerged smash hits and created a huge brand value for the franchise. While ajay’s character (sultan) died in the first part, emraan’s (shoaib) is being taken forward by akshay kumar in the sequel. Sonakshi Sinha and Imran Khan’s characters (jasmine and aslam) are new additions to the sequel.

Umesh Shukla to head to South Africa for the recce of his Abhishek Bachchan starrer

While it was recently announced that Abhishek Bachchan has been roped in for Umesh Shukla's next ,produced by Shyam Bajaj and T-Series , the director will soon be flying to South Africa next week for the recce of the locations.The high-budget film will be shot extensively across South Africa and Himachal Pradesh.

In fact so kicked are the producer and director about the project that they are going all out to ensure that the film high-on content and entertainment looks to be one of the most promising projects this year – The film will act as an eye-opener in signature Umesh Shukla style.

All praise for producer Bhushan Kumar says Umesh Shukla, "Bhushan Kumar is a great producer to work with - He goes all out to provide the director with whatever is required without interfering in the creative process". The socially relevant film coupled with comedy, also starring Rishi Kapoor, will be co-produced by Shyam Bajaj and will go on floors this year.

BAJATEY RAHO MUSICAL EVENT AT R CITY MALL GHATKOPAR

When a group of the finest actors who master the art of comedy come together, what can one expect but an evening full of masti music and dhamaal!! And this is exactly what the cast of Bajaty Raho did on the evening of their musical event on 20th July at R City Mall, Ghatkopar.

 "Our idea behind this event was just to let people enjoy the music of the film. I feel that the songs are peppy and foot tapping and sure to become the masses favourite" said director Shashant A Shah.
The event started with a dramatic entrance of Tusshar, Dolly Ahluwalia, Vishakha Singh, director Shashant A Shah and producer Krishika Lulla in children's train followed by a live performance by singer Anmol Malik on the dance number 'Nagin'.
There seemed to be a never ending round of applause till Vinay Pathak shocked the audience by entering the stage in a sadhu avatar on the Jagrata Song. This only made the audience go wild and join the actor break into a dance and enjoy the event to the very end moment.

Bajatey Raho stars Dolly Ahluwalia, Vinay Pathak, Ranvir Shorey, Tusshar, Vishakha Singh. And Ravi Kissen.  The film is produced jointly by EROS International and MSM Motion Pictures and is all set to release on 26th July 2013. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Eros’ latest offering, Purani Jeans

Eros International brings to you a fresh-vibrant youth flick Purani Jeans.

Directed by young award-winning ad film-maker Tanushri Chatterji Bassu, the film revolves around a young man who journeys back to his hometown, after 12 years to find in the closet of his heart, a bond of friendship waiting to be rediscovered and cherished… just like a pair of worn out Purani Jeans that seems to get better every time it is taken out of the closet…

Starring Tanuj Virwani, Adiya Seal and Isabelle Liete, Purani Jeans is produced by Eros International, directed by Tanushri Chattrji Bassu, with cinematography by Sunil Patel, and music by Ram Sampat.

Currently under production, the film has been shot in the picturesque locations of Manali, Simla, Chandigarh with a schedule abroad.

Lesle's Red House magical musical moments!

Lesle Lewis had a small informal musical get-together at his studio Red House for music aficionados. Friends from all walks of life came in, each armed with chips, biscuits, cheese, and a variety of snacks to munch on and go with the red wine that was so synonymous with the wine-red studio walls. 

Candles and dim-lit ambience in the background, Lelse's voice mesmerised one and all. Soon the band came on and the jamming took music to newer highs with Lesle taking the lead along with Subhash Kamath, Shibani Kashyap, Suchi, sufi singer Mudasir Ali, Vandana Vadhera, Dibyajyoti,Emilie Harrison, Suresh Venkat among others with  drummer Nirvaan, base Kenneth, guitar Amandeep, and sound engineer Ramesh KP. Actors Konkona Bakshi,  Bhairavi Goswami, Sandhya Gattani, Gidi and Nargis, Siddhant Gill, Anusha Iyer and others enjoyed the musical moments to the fullest, Lesle's then took over, and the music therapy worked wonders for every soul in the room.

Need we say, when it was time to head home, each one  left longing for more....

जाने - माने सिंगर और संगीतकार Lesle lewis ने संगीत प्रेमियों के लिए अपने स्टूडियो रेड हाउस में म्यूजिकल इवनिंग का आयोजन किया . इस दौरान Lesle Lewis के कई करीबी दोस्त मौजूद थे .  सभी के हाथों में ,चिप्स , बिस्कुट, पनीर थे . साथ ही  इन सब के साथ रेड -वाइन,  रेड - हाउस  की दीवारों के साथ एक पर्याय जैसा बन गया था .   बैक - ग्राउंड  में  मोमबातियों की मंद रोशनी और उस पर  Lelse की मंत्रमुग्ध कर देने वाली आवाज़ ने इस शाम को और भी खास बना दिया। इस दौरान मौजूद लोगों में सुभाष कामथ, सिंगर शिबानी कश्यप, सूफी गायक  मुदासिर अली, वंदना वढेरा , दिब्योज्योती, एमिली हैरिसन, सुरेश वेंकट, कोंकणा बक्सी, भैरवी गोस्वामी, संध्या गट्टानी , गिडी, नरगिस, सिद्धांत गिल, अनुशा अय्यर और दुसरे मौजूद लोगों ने इस शानदार और यादगार म्यूजिकल इवनिंग को बेहद एन्जॉय किया. इन सब के अलावा इस शाम को ड्रमर निर्वाण, गिटार पर मौजूद अमनदीप और साउंड इंजिनियर रमेश KP  ने अपने हुनर से चार चाँद लगा दिए .  Lesle कहते हैं," आप जीवनमें  कैरियर और  हिट के लिए लगे रहते हैं , लेकिन हमारे लिए वास्तव में  जो मैटर करता है वो है इतने सारे लोगों का  प्यार , और इस शाम का  हर क्षण मेरे लिए  महत्वपूर्ण था."
