Beautiful location, melodious songs and heart touching story of My friend’s Dulhania will be relished by the youth - O P Rai

The trailer and music launch of Kala Niketan Entertainment’s awaited “My Friend’s Dulhania” was launched in Mumbai with much fanfare.
My Friend’s Dulhania is a romantic drama movie of a young lovers. 
The whole cast and the crew was present at the event. The film producer Alok Rai along with cast and crew were present at the event. The director of the film O P Rai and Prashamit Chaudhary were also present at the event. The story, concept, screenplay and dialogue was written by Mudasir Zafar. The choreographer Sanjeev the music given by Yug Bhusal and the music arranger and supervisor Roop Mahanta and Gaurav Malik were also part at the event. The singer Saurabh Das, Supriya Pathak, Bhaven Dhanak, and Uvie were also the part of the event. 
This movie is the story of Aryan and Mahira who are in love since college time and got separated due to career and higher studies. Aryan had faith in his love but Mahira left him and cut all her connections with him. This incident breaks his heart. After 2 years he got a phone call from his college friends Salad who is the resident of Kashmir, invite him in his marriage ceremony. Aryan along with Harsh & Sneha moves to join marriage of Sajad. After reaching at the marriage venue, Bhaderwah, Jammu and Kashmir, when everyone was insisting Sajad to show the bride’s picture, Aryan got speechless as it was the picture of Mahira.
The two will again get together or not that will be decided in the theater on 15th Dec, 2017. “My Friend’s Dulhania” stars Mudasir Zafar , Shaina Baweja, Saurabbh Roy, Mayur Mehta , Pooja Rathi , Atique Mujawar , Farheen Siddique . 
The Kala Niketan Entertainment had released 3 songs of the movie and all the songs are of different genre.  “Masti mai” an EDM genre  and “Nachle Nachle” a marriage  song   lyrics by Shekhar Astitwa and sung by Saurabh Das,Uvie and Supriya Pathak.A romantic song “Radio si baatein”lyrics given by Yug Bhusal and sung by Saurabh Das. All the songs have their own genre.
The producer of the movie O P Rai quoted “when Mudassir had presented the story and concept of the movie.Mudassir being an Alma matar of Whistling Woods International Institute, he had faith that the story must be impressive. We had shot the movie in various locations of Kashmir, Mumbai and Delhi. After the launch of trailer he was quite confident, the film will have impressive impact on its audience. The shots taken in Kashmir are very elegant. The alluring location, melodious songs and the heart touching story will be relished by the youth.” 

The shooting of the film is done in Kashmir, Mumbai and Delhi and the makers are working on post production and the movie is all set to release on 15th Dec, 2017.

On the occasion of Children’s Day, Smile Foundation and High Street Phoenix present “Cook for Smile” with Chef Vikas Khanna

Chef Vikas Khanna celebrated his birthday with Smile Foundation Kids, launches his Biography –Buried Seeds written by Karan Bellani 
On the occasion of Children’s Day, Smile Foundation, a national level development organisation and Celebrity Chef Vikas Khanna joined hands for the eighth edition of “Cook for a Smile” – an exciting and unique charity cookout at High Street Phoenix, Mumbai. Television celebrities like Manish Raisinghani, Ssumier Pasricha and Helly Shah along with  corporate from different sectors joined this initiative to battle it ut over a cook-off with the sole ​​mission to support Smile Foundation’s ‘Nutrition for Children' campaign. Funds raised through this campaign will be utilized in providing year long education and nutrition to almost 1500 children from Mission Education program of Smile Foundation.
The participants were divided into teams. Each team comprising which was a mix of celebrities and corporate accompanied by a child from the Smile Foundation who acted as sous – chef which brought in added excitement to the competition. Each team prepared a signature dish of their choice in the allotted time and the same was tasted and judged by Chef Vikas Khanna. 
Speaking at the event Chef Vikas Khanna, Goodwill Ambassador – Nutrition for Education, Smile Foundation, said, “Lack of proper nutrition is a fundamental issue and one of the biggest roadblocks in the growth and development of children in our country.  I have been working with Smile Foundation for past many years and we have been able to address nutrition needs of underprivileged children through various fund raisers and advocacy programs. Smile Foundation is supporting the nutrition program in 25 states in India.  Cook for Smile has been a big step in helping us reach out to stakeholders and by end of this year I pledge to benefit more than 5,000 kids through this initiative” 
Malnutrition among children is one of the major problems in India. To mitigate this problem, Smile Foundation’s nutrition programme has been providing, over many years, both direct nutrition interventions and a broad range of “nutrition sensitive” interventions addressing the determinants of malnutrition. 
“One in every three malnourished children in the world is from India. The consequences are long-term and it prevents children’s overall growth, learning ability and a chance to come out of the vicious cycle of poverty for yet another generation. Thereby it also prevents the country’s growth. In order to bring some real and permanent changes in the lives of the most deserving children across India, we have brought together corporate leaders and celebrities under our ‘Cook for a Smile’ initiative with Chef Vikas Khanna,” says Mr. Santanu Mishra, Co-Founder and Executive Trustee, Smile Foundation. 
Speaking on the occasion, “We are happy to associate with Smile foundation to take an important step to help children receive essential nutrition and well balanced food. To support this initiative even further we are running a campaign called Digital Kitchen, where we are giving people a chance to do a good deed for the day without worrying about the logistics of a meal reaching the child.” said Mr. Rajendra Kalkar, President (West), The Phoenix Mills Limited. Explaining the campaign, he further added “We are creating an app called Digital Kitchen on our High Street Phoenix Facebook page, all one has to do is register and play the game. Simply, choose from the recipes to cook and use our friendly kitchen assistant’s help to stir up a quick meal. For every meal you cook virtually, High Street Phoenix will ensure a child gets a real hot, freshly-cooked meal. At the end of the campaign, all the funds raised from the digital campaign will also support the Nutrition for Education campaign.” 
The event also saw a book launch of Chef Vikas Khanna Biography- Buried Seeds which is written by Karan Bellani and is now converted into a film by Andrei Severny .

Both art and yoga have made me calmer: Shweta Rohira

Actor Shweta Rohira Salman Khan's sister has a multi-faceted personality and makes sure to take out time for things that she loves. The actor is heavily into art and yoga and loves combining the two. “Art has been a part of my life from childhood and Yoga had always fascinated me. Since I started it, I have felt more at peace,” she says, adding, “Both are mediums take us to our inner core. Yoga helps with breath and brings flexibility and colours help us with balancing our chakras. They help us to go deeper in our self. By combining the Yoga asanas with colours, I feel that the release of our toxins is easier and helps us to increase our Prana, which makes us at peace with ourselves and life. I feel I am calmer, energetic and positive” 
In fact, the actor has been conducting workshops for the same as well. “As it had made a lot of difference in my life, I felt that I should make people aware of the combination of both these beautiful mediums so that they could use it to enhance joy and peace in their mind, body and soul. I have started it recently and the response of the participants is amazing,” she says. 
Ask her if her mom is the inspiration behind this, and she says, “Yes, she is a very big inspiration in my life as it is because of her that I have realised the importance of holistic living.” 

Meanwhile, Shweta has been busy on the professional front as well. “I have done catalog shoots for bridal wear and loving meeting creative people, who want me to be a part of their work,” she says.

Is Shilpa Shetty Kundra Pregnant again?

The great comedian Kapil Sharma with the stunning Ishita Dutta were present on Sony Entertainment Television’s Super Dancer Chapter 2 to promote their upcoming film Firangi. During an impromptu conversation with the host Rithvik Dhanjani and Shilpa Shetty Kundra, she revealed what a prankster Anurag Basu is on the set, yet again. 
When Rithvik Dhanjani asked what prank did Anurag Basu play, she revealed when Anurag Basu got a chance during the break to get hold of Shilpa Shetty Kundra’s phone, he texted her sister Shamita Shetty that she is pregnant yet again.
Looking at the text received from her sister, she couldn’t control her emotions and made n number of calls to her. When Shilpa Shetty Kundra got to know about it she could instantly figure about Anurag Basu’s another prank and it took her a while to convince Shamita Shetty that she isn’t pregnant. Another incident where Anurag Basu pranked Shilpa Shetty Kundra was when he removed the batteries of her transmitter and could only figure when she couldn’t hear anything in her monitor and then Anurag Basu presented her with the batteries he removed. With these hilarious moments, the great comedian Kapil Sharma was seen laughing his hearts out with Anurag Basu and his pranks. 

Source from the set revealed, “Anurag Basu keeps on pranking people on the set. These were such incidents when he pranked Shilpa Shetty Kundra and Kapil Sharma the one who makes everyone laugh couldn’t control his laughter.”

Social episode 12 update: A glimmer of hope for Prithvi

Viu's first ever bilingual digital series - Social, featuring digital superstar Naveen Kasturia and the gorgeous Priya Banerjee have till now explored the various ways social media can prove to be a boon and a bane in our life. While sometimes the entire country comes together to raise its voices against the wrong-doings of many, there are times, when people hide behind the virtual walls of social media and spread menace in our society.
The thriller series started with Prithvi, a concerned brother, turn into a black hat hacker by the night to locate the whereabouts of his teenage sister, Veda. The last episode took the viewers on a roller coaster ride when the cops with the help of Prithvi and the gang manage to capture Jithu. But under the pressure of political bureaucracy, the commissioner had to let Jithu go, while he was also transferred to another department for his doings. After many twists and turns, Prithvi and gang come across the information that Veda may have not survived the brutal attack by KK in the hotel room and Prithvi breaks down.
Building up the suspense, the latest episode shows that Prithvi is overjoyed to receive a text from an unknown number with an emoji that is a code between him and Veda. He is convinced that Veda is still out there and is determined to find her. Furthermore, Sonakshi is seen hiding something from Sunny. Upon getting caught she gets into trouble for trying to help save the girls. Meanwhile, on the other side, GK kick-starts a political turmoil as he overcomes his dilemma and takes the hard decision of giving up the security video of his son abusing the young Veda.
As the news spread, the community of Ctrl F Veda page holds a candle light vigil in Veda's memory. However, the episode closes with Prithvi and the gang reaching the right place at the wrong time and putting their lives in danger.
